Restore the USB connection after a system updateIt may happen that your instrument is no longer recognized by your PC or Mac after a system update or due to other reasons.
Please follow these steps to restore the connection.
1. Disconnect the intrument form the Mac.
2. Open the utility **Audio MIDI Setup** included in your Mac.

3. Click Window > **Show MIDI Studio**.

4. Select the instrument and remove it.

5. Connect again the instrument to the Mac.
1. Connect the instrument to your computer and power it on.
2. Open **Windows Settings**, click **Devices** section, the click **Bluetooth & other devices**.
3. Localize your instrument in the list, select it and click **Remove device**.

4. Disconnect and reconnect the instrument to the computer; wait until Windows recognizes and installs the instrument.
